Push To Talk - explained for European comms markets
by Guy Kewney | posted on 22 March 2004
The idea of Push to Talk seems to have ignited American wireless providers; European operators remain slightly bemused, not to say sceptical. There's a chance to catch up with the herd in London next month, at a PTT seminar ...
The show is the modestly titled "Push to Talk World Summit" - a three day event at the Earls Court conference centre in London, March 29th to April 1st.
The conference kicks off with a keynote by Adrian Scrase, Chief Technical Officer at ETSI, and includes research, market analysis, and product development, rather than technology presentations - but there are plenty of technologists.
