Who wants a high-resolution cameraphone? Eight meg enough?

Enthusiasm for an eight megapixel camera sensor? Hardly! "Soon even your toothbrush will be able to take higher resolution photos than most people's actual proper cameras," scoffed Idiot Toys.

The sensor is from Samsung. It's not aimed at the camera market, but at camera phones.

Sometimes, the name of the site almost seems to say it all... and yet, we'll bet there's an excited queue of people for the eight megapixel camera phone when it eventually appears.
