Mobile Monday Ukraine to hold Mobile Broadcasting conf, Kiev, this month

News of this event comes from one of VON Europe's association partners, Mobile Monday Ukraine. This event, titled "Mobile Broadcasting, World success story and prospects of implementation in Eastern Europe and CIS countries" will be held in Kiev 29 May 2007.

Our source (Glenn Gaudet of Pulver Media) tells us: "The event is organised in conjunction with the ICT- Marketing Association; the forum is supported by Infocommunication Union (Russia), Wireless Ukraine, UMTS Forum, and World DMB." Forum Sponsors are Irdeto (www.Irdeto.com/) and QArea (www.QArea.com).

Details: "The Forum will be held in the largest venue of the hotel Tourist (Kiev, 2, Raisa Okipna street, near the subway station «Levoberezhnaya»)."

Master of Ceremony: will be Alexander Bogomolov, General Manager, Nokia Siemens Networks Ukraine.

The programme will consist of presentations from representatives of European cellular operators which have successfully launched mobile TV services:
- Operator Elisa (Finland)
- Operator Mobile Fernsehen (Germany)
- Operator Antenna Hungaria Zrt. (Hungary)
