Samsung blows Microsoft's "Origami" deadline, pre-announcing at CeBIT

Intel showed a "possible" prototype of Microsoft's reference design for a mobile, wireless mini-Tablet this week - but at least Intel didn't say what it was. Samsung seems to have pre-announced its licensed version, the Q1, which shouldn't - officially - appear till tomorrow.
Clearly, the device isn't a phone, or an e-book reader. Joint promotions planned with games publisher PopCap, however, suggest that one target market it the Playstation Portable.
According to InfoWorld the Q1 is an A5 size tablet, which has a twisting keyboard that is uncannily like the Danger "Hiptop" or the T-Mobile Sidekick II phone.
But the pre-release may not be Samsung's fault. Up till yesterday, the Origami Project web site was saying that all would be revealed on March 8 - today, it's saying March 9. Too late!
