Getting personal: sometimes, it works!

In the Northern Hemisphere, it's cold in Winter.
The Boss, suffering from a broken heating system, complained, first to the gas supplier, then to the maintenance company, and - finally - to the energy watchdog.
By one of those coincidences that nothing can explain, the day after that complaint appeared in public, two expert-looking engineers arrived, and diagnosed the problem. But isn't it cheating, really, for a journalist to write about his own problems, just to get warm?
"I certainly hope so!" was all the Boss would say...
