Energis ... someone believes there's a takeover coming!

Our Network Sniffer may not understand why anybody would want to buy Energis - nor why anybody thinks PCCW would be the likely predator. But one thing appears certain from packets sniffed - Energis itself is convinced the offer is coming ...
One of the first things that happens in a hostile takeover, of course, is that the executives who are hardest to replace start looking for other jobs. And of course, the best of them are the ones who jump first.
You might imagine, of course, that all these critical knowledge workers were already tied down hand and foot with golden hand-cuffs and foot-cuffs. Wrong.
Well, actually: right. But only as of today! It was today that Sniffer spotted packets showing that all management are on a compulsory three-month contract, as of this week.
No, the Hunky Mouse doesn't know which of them have not yet signed ...
