Benchmark your iPhone against YouTube vs adverts
by Guy J Kewney | posted on 14 August 2008
Scepticism about the quality of iPhone 3G has spread to YouTube, where one disgruntled user has put Apple's own "Twice as fast!" advert up alongside their own efforts to repeat the demonstration.
The video (click here) doesn't have any audio commentary (apart from the Apple advert sound-track). It just shows a straight run through of an iPhone, performing the tasks which the iPhone is shown doing in the advert.
"We tried this 1/2 dozen times (sic) and used the best recording (best=shortest time to complete all tasks" says a caption above the video.
