Try WiFi VoIP using a cellphone: special promotion

From today through to 11th July, if you sign up for Truphone, you'll get a special sales promotion: extra credit. New customers will get £4 or $8 credit in their account (instead of £2 or $2) - meaning more free minutes and free SMS messages.

Details at the special promotion page. All you need is a Nokia WiFi phone, and access to a WiFi hotspot (your home one works). Sending a text message with the word 'Tru' to 202 683 8200 (from North America) or to +44 7978 88 11 11 (from everywhere else). Signing up to Truphone is free.
