Mumoh? A mobile, right? - or a typical African scam?

A weird thing happened when I got a scam spam from someone called Miss Sandra Mumoh - I googled the name, and found what appears to be a (totally unrelated) museum.
I'm not allowed to say more till next week, apparently. But I can show you the pictures, and tell you to Google for yourself...
It seems I'm not the only person to hear from the Cote D'Ivoire. James Miller got it too... she wrote to him as follows
