New wireless/mobile printer from Canon - PIXMA iP100

It's an update of the iP90v printer, and it's tiny. The picture sent out by Canon makes it look like - well, a printer. But that page is photo-size, not A4. It's hand-sized.

The iP100 is "a new compact and portable printer with exceptional print quality," says the official announcement. Price matches this exceptional quality: basic price of 200 pounds (300 Euros)and an extra 50 pounds (60 Euros) for a battery "for total portability."

If you have to have a mobile printer, you won't care too much about the price, perhaps; and maybe you will care about the appearance:

The stylish, compact design of the PIXMA iP100 makes it the natural choice for both business-people on the road and style-seeking home users. The enhanced FINE1 print head and new five colour ink system offer exceptional portable print quality, with sharp text and photo lab quality prints.
- to quote the official release this week.

Wireless connections: the device includes infra-red IRDA and "optional" Bluetooth connectivity.
