Titled totty misses footie because of satnav: horror!

"The satnav is like those huge disembodied brains you see in horror films, bubbling away in a tank in a barn in Sheepy Magna while the lobotomised locals do its (invariably evil) bidding."

We all read the tragic story. Princess Di was not yet cold in her expensive Official Enquiry when her young niece and a friend set out to watch Chelsea playing at Chelsea's own football ground in Chelsea, at Stamford Bridge. Being expensively tasted, she hired a cab to get from Northampton to West London.

Her taxi driver punched "Stamford Bridge" into the satnav, and then, without noticing, turned North instead of South, and drove to Yorkshire.
