OneTel confirms: voicemail broken "hope to be fixed by end of the day."
by Guy J Kewney | posted on 07 March 2007
The report in the NewsWireless Editor's blog yesterday - that OneTel's voicemail system was broken - has produced a response from the company's owner, Carphone Warehouse.
Technical support staff today contacted NewsWireless to confirm that the problem was known, and was being dealt with.
"It doesn't just affect you, but all our customers," said a specialist technical Customer Service employee earlier this morning. "We're working on it, and we expect it will be back in order by this evening."
Mails to CPW public relations for comment have gone unanswered.
