At last, China gets ready for 3G, says report
by Staff Writer | posted on 13 July 2006
3G services are, at last, going to happen in China, claims research group Research and Markets.
Theories about what will happen with mobile in China are many: actual research data is sparse. The research project was announced this week, promising to answer vital questions for those proposing to do business in this new industry.
"Packed full of primary data obtained from interviews with key industry players in the Chinese government, operators and vendors the report provides a unique insight to the different attitudes towards 3G with a detailed focus on vendor strategies for maintaining and gaining market share," says the release.
It does not even hint at what the answers are; just lists some questions.
