Boingo integration with SBC Freedomlink goes live

Roaming agreement adds 3,400 hot spots in restaurants, bookstores and
business services centres to Boingo® Roaming System


SANTA MONICA, Calif. – June 22, 2005 – Boingo Wireless, a leading WiFi service provider for business travellers, today announced its customers now have access to an additional 3,400 WiFi hot spots in the SBC Communications Inc. (NYSE: SBC) FreedomLink network.

The agreement with SBC adds highly trafficked locations, including airports nationwide, Barnes and Noble bookstores, Caribou Coffee and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf locations, The UPS Store ® and Mail Box Etc.® business services centres and numerous business hotels, among other major locations.  With these additions, business travellers can now use their Boingo account to access 18,000 WiFi hot spots worldwide.

SBC WiFi service is available in premier locations including select McDonald’s restaurants, Barnes & Noble bookstores, The UPS Store ® and Mail Boxes Etc. ®, coffee shops such as Caribou Coffee and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Avis rental car locations, airports, hotels, convention centres, restaurants, state parks, rest stops and welcome centres.
