New HP notebooks... but sh! - it's a secret!

There are (says Intel) "over 150 Sonoma notebook products shipping already" from all the leading PC makers.

Oh, really? How exciting! - which ones?

"We can't say as yet," apologised the Intel PR office.

An hour later, a phone call from Hewlett-Packard. "Would you like to come to an event where we'll be announcing a new range of notebooks, on January 27th?"

Yes, of course, we said. And then, we couldn't help asking: "Are they the new Sonoma-based Centrino notebooks?

"Sorry, can't say!"

Hm. A real Mystery, then. I wonder what on earth it could be? Boy! don't you wish you could see the future in a crystal ball. I mean, it could be almost anything, right?

It's a game. Don't take it seriously...
