English pubs. Nothing to touch them. The NewsWireless Net team arranged to meet after the WLAN Event in olympia, and picked an old favourite pub, the Frigate and Firkin. And when we got there ...

The news is that we are going to be there, this evening, and you should come! But bad news too: the wretched pub isn't called the Frigate and Firkin any more. It's called the Beaconsfield.

The address is the same, and from what we could see outside, it still serves Firkin beer - but we had to see it from outside, because, for reasons that don't seem to be clearly apparent, it's closed until 6 pm.

So the gang will show up there again at six, and if any of you show up, we can discuss the show!
