Expensive new Logo; design consultancy escapes with wheelbarrow

Note: if you work for Intec Telecom Systems, you should probably not read this. However, the rest of you: Examine, if you have the inclination, the two logo designs shown.

On the left, is the bog-standard place-holder design which Microsoft Publisher will give you as a corporate logo if you ask it to design a business card.

On the right, is the new logo for Intec Telecom Systems - a fine commercial organisation, currently impressing passers-by at Billing Systems 2004 in London.
Hands up, all those who can recall the famous Dogbert "Brown Ring Of Quality" corporate logo design, and who thought it was a far-fetched joke ...
