Ban "microwave" masts? Why not ban TV, too!

The Mobile Campaign's recent trenchant piece on irrational fears of wireless radiation prompted this sympathetic reader comment:

In fact with their massively high power output it should be obvious that all urban terrestrial television should be shut down now!

I imagine if the use of the whole radio spectrum were audited in relation to the power of the emitted field there would be so much we'd have to shut down we'd all become hippies ... now there's a thought."
