No room in Barcelona for MWC?

You've got a budget. You're planning ahead, and you want to get 3GSM (Mobile World Congress sorted out - today! Why not contact Ultimate Living and book?

We thought this was a cool idea, so when Rebecca Amstrong sent us a list of available hotels, we dropped an email straight back, asking an important question - availability!

By instant return of post, the email came back:

<Rebecca.Armstrong@ultimatelivingeu.com:> child status 100...The e-mail message could not be delivered because the user's mailfolder is full.
So much for that. What next

Well.. there was a phone number: in San Jose, California. They will be wiping the bar tables in San Jose, and getting ready for a late night; so we tried the UK phone number provided:

"Sorry, the user's voice mailbox is full, and can't accept any more messages."

Last MWC, a lot of people found they had to book through the Barcelona metro authority, and it operates some kind of "fair shares" policy which means you get given a hotel room, and that's the one you have to take. So a way of getting around that, if it works (and accepts email or voicemail!) would be good...

Ah well. If we hear of a reliable hotel agency, we'll pass the info on!
