A GPS sports watch (with Bluetooth) that doesn't like water?

Thanks to the watch watchers, we found a Bluetooth watch! - with built-in GPS. All you need is a strong enough arm to hold it up; and a wide enough jacket cuff to let the arm through with it on. Oh, and a Bluetooth-equipped GPS display device.
The good news is that you can put the display in your pocket; it doesn't have to be where it can pick up a satellite signal; the bad news is that it's not much of a watch.
According to Mainnav itself, the MW-705 GPS watch is "a watch that tells you where you are - not only does it tell time but also saves time by showing you the right path." It goes on to describe the watch as "this state of the art device" and says it has "particularly rugged new looking and cutting-edge GPS technology" which, means "the new 'Innovator MW-705' solves all your problems for sporting and travelling."
Ignoring the technophobe at Red Ferret who speculated nervously about the damage to your wrist caused by electromagnetic fields, we're left with the conundrum posed by Tech Digest, who revealed
"it also has Bluetooth functionality, so you can use it as a receiver for an external vehicle sat nav system on your phone too. And it is a fitness watch, with the option to record and review speed and performance."
But what if it gets wet? Inexplicably, the warranty says: "The warranty does not cover:
- which is worrying, because a sports watch really ought to be able to cope with water and nature. The tech manual reveals that it is "water resistant IPX7" - which means you can wear it in the bath, but probably can't go swimming with it. It will probably survive a half hour three feet down; but that's assuming you don't wave it around. And as for getting into a waterfall or water jet from a hosepipe...
Wait for a retailer to pick up on the product before you get an idea of price.
