Vodafone connect card problems? get in touch!

Problems have been reported by some Vodafone users with their Connect Cards. But is this widespread? A reporter from "The Big Issue" magazine (distributed widely in the UK) Sonia Zhuravlyova, has asked NewsWireless readers to share their experiences.
Her note says:
Hi, I'm writing from The Big Issue. We're thinking of looking into the Vodafone connect card problem. Can those who have had problems with huge bills which they didn't expect or just problems with this card, please get in touch?
