Synkia is an easy to use information management service for your mobile phone.

Functionality you really need

With Synkia you can back up contacts, calendar appointments, tasks and notes by a click of a button. You will always have a fresh copy of the information available on our server. If your phone is lost, stolen or breaks down you can easily restore the information on the new phone.

If you have several phones you can use the service to synchronize information between them – all phones will have the same contacts, appointments, etc.

In addition you can log in at www.synkia.no to view, add and modify your data. The next time you synchronize the changes will be transferred to your phone.

Easy to get – easy to use

Synkia is easy to get. Just go to the sign up page, choose phone and send an sms to our short number. The phone configuration will be sent to your phone and you are ready to sync.

The information is transferred over the air; you don’t need any cables, software or anything.

Synkia works with all SyncML enabled phones

Synkia works with all SyncML enabled phones. This includes most models from Nokia and Sony Ericsson, newer phones from Motorola and Siemens, and some models from other manufacturers. Please click here to see if your phone is supported.

In addition your phone needs to be able to send and receive data (the same connection you use to browse with wap or download a ringtone).
